Nous avons aussi récolté quelques distinctions et recommandations qui témoignent, soulignent ou récompensent nos engagements envers la Gastronomie et une démarche qualitative globale.

Nous allons bien au delà de la nouvelle norme du « fait maison ». Les plats « fait maison » sont élaborés à partir de produits bruts.

Nous sommes « Maître Restaurateur », un titre décerné par l'état sur la base d'un audit réalisé par un organisme indépendant et garantissant plus de 30 critères dont le « 100% fait maison ».

Notre label « Cuisinerie Française » vous garantit en plus qu'au minimum 70% de nos produits sont régionaux et l'ensemble de ces critères (Maître Restaurateur et Cuisinerie) sont contrôlés tous les ans par Bureau Véritas Qualité France d'après le référentiel S-305.

Nous faisons contrôler par un laboratoire indépendant l'hygiène de notre établissement.

Nous ne badinnons pas avec la qualité et l'exigence et nous essayons de garder des prix accessibles à tous...

At the edge of the woods, the square and its fountain offer a peaceful and friendly atmosphere, ideal for meeting up with family or friends in a charming setting. Finally, the bistro reveals an intimate atmosphere, perfect for extending the evening with a drink, in a cozy and warm atmosphere.

This is why the Table du Belvédère only opens in the evening* and our Bistrot offers continuous service.

Hoping that you will understand our approach, we thank you for being attentive to the opening hours of each of our restaurants and the deadlines for last arrivals, which are important for respecting our teams.

*We will always be open at noon for business meals in seminars, some important holidays (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.) and for reservations for family celebrations.
