Passionate about fresh produce, from vegetables to fruit, fish and quality meat, the chef has created his own cuisine which he reinvents with the seasons and his sensory wanderings.
The result is a delicate cuisine that deserves many praises, so much so that the art, the manner, the textures and the subtlety of the tastes are perfectly combined and very judiciously find their place in the elegant presentation of each plate prepared by this friendly chef!

We work with fresh products, constantly looking for the most local supply possible (locavore & short circuit) and when this is not possible we choose quality circuits, invest in the training of our teams and we have obtained numerous labels recognizing the quality of our services...
Here it is 100% homemade and 70% of products are of local origin.
We favor producers who are our neighbors, we highlight the appellations of our terroirs and try to have the lowest possible ecological impact.

This is why the Table du Belvédère only opens in the evening* and our Bistrot offers continuous service.
Hoping that you will understand our approach, we thank you for being attentive to the opening hours of each of our restaurants and the deadlines for last arrivals, which are important for respecting our teams.
*We will always be open at noon for business meals in seminars, some important holidays (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.) and for reservations for family celebrations.
